About Flute & Harp

Hong Kong-born flautist Cathy is a London-based orchestral musician who has performed with Welsh National Opera, the Ukrainian Opera & Ballet Theatre Kyiv Orchestra, Orion Orchestra, Bath Opera and Orchestra de Cymru. Award-winning harpist Bethany has performed as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral musician at major venues and festivals including the BBC Proms, Snape Proms and Young Euro Classic. Together, Cathy and Bethany create a warm and engaging musical experience, combining the beautiful sounds of flute and harp to bring well-loved music to life. Their performances are ideal for care home residents, offering an enjoyable and relaxing live musical experience that can evoke memories and encourage residents to listen, interact and sing along. Both musicians are graduates of leading UK music institutions, with Cathy graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and Bethany graduating with First Class Honours from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
