About Dan Firman

Since picking up the guitar at the age of 7, music has always been a huge part of his life. He began performing acoustic sets in pubs and restaurants in 2008 and has since played in a wide variety of venues across the UK and abroad. More recently, he has expanded into performing within care homes, which has quickly become one of the most rewarding and enjoyable parts of his career. He has a natural ability to engage residents through music, often bringing people out of their shell when they hear songs from their younger years, with many singing along or even enjoying a dance with staff. With a wide and versatile repertoire, he is able to read the room and tailor each performance to suit the residents and atmosphere of the home. His sets feature warm, stripped-back acoustic renditions of timeless classics, ranging from George Formby to Elton John. Friendly, approachable, and always professional, he prides himself on being punctual, easy to work with, and providing a smooth and efficient set-up for every performance.
